How Can severe Rib Fracture Along With Cough Be Treated?
Ihad an x-ray and was told I have several fractured ribs ( my MDs office called and gave me an appointment for 10 days from now) they asked if I had fallen or have had a bad cough which I have not. I have SLE and have been on prednisone and methotrexate for some time. Could this be Osteoprosis

As of now, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
A spontaneous rib fracture is unlikely and may be due to osteoporosis.
Consult an orthopedician for further assessment.
